1. About These Terms

These terms govern the use of the Smash Bones website and any order, booking request or account activity made through it. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Restaurant Details

Smash Bones operates from Unit 4/5, Nag's Head Market, Seven Sisters Road, London, N7 6AG. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Smash Bones.

3. Menu, Allergens and Availability

Menu items, prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. Customers must tell staff about allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order. Food may be prepared in areas where allergens are present.

4. Orders and Payments

An order is accepted only when Smash Bones confirms it. Demo payments on this website do not take real payment. When live payments are enabled, payment will be processed by the configured payment provider and may be subject to that provider's terms.

5. Collection and Delivery

Collection and delivery availability may be switched on or off by Smash Bones. Estimated times are estimates only and may change due to kitchen volume, driver availability, traffic, weather or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a paid order is rejected or cancelled by Smash Bones, the refund workflow will be started through the applicable payment provider where supported. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank or card issuer.

7. Event Bookings

Submitting an event booking request does not create a confirmed event contract. A booking becomes binding only once Smash Bones confirms the details, pricing, date, staffing, menu and any deposit or payment terms in writing.

8. Website Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping login details confidential. Smash Bones may suspend account access where it reasonably suspects misuse, fraud, unauthorised access or activity that may harm the restaurant or other customers.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Smash Bones is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or website unavailability outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time you use the website or place an order.
